That's a pretty bigass pile of snow. I think I'll park my Jeep in front of it and take a picture to post on oppo. The post shall include this phrase...

Jeep provided for scale.

(Then proceed to end up repositioning the Jeep several times in order to line it up with both the snow pile and the street lamp so as to get the closest-to-decent quality potato pic, and take several shots from each spot, then going through to find the best candidate, and spiffing up the finalist in Snapseed on the phone to produce this result.)

Great pic, you should've drove up to the top then took another pic with the caption "Conquered".

The snow's too soft to drive up. Not so sure it's advisable to go through.

You've already had the snow cleared at that point.

Let's see it flex.

Coworker tried to drive up a snow bank once. They plowed the snow around the yellow pillar barriers. Hah.

And to think I'm moving there this summer... I could handle the cold when I was there for a week at the beginning of January. I'm not so sure about massive amounts of snow. But hey, at least I don't HAVE to drive in it (wife can drive to work, or I can take a bus).

I was just playing I wouldn't advise it but it would've made the ultimate jeep Oppo ad.

Where I went to school up north, they had a little larger one of these that my friends and I used to drive up. I caught my hitch on the concrete on the way back down once, and decided that was enough.

Confession time:

We've actually had an abnormally low amount of snow this year. Only reason the pile is this big is it's a good sized parking lot and I guess they wanted to keep as much of it clear as possible so only use a small part to pile up snow.

Pretty good, but I mean, it's not super loud. From inside you can hear it enough to know what you have, but overall it's a pretty quiet.

Well that's.... reassuring? I'm not really sure. I think I'll be able to manage the snow without too much trouble, as they seem to do a good job plowing up there, and apartment buildings shovel for you...

A friend of mine has one exactly the same. He always revs it in neutral and from outside it sounds excellent.

The snow is manageable, even when we get a lot, because it tends to be more persistent small-to-medium snowfalls rather than big snowstorms dumping 6+ inches at a time. Plowing is pretty decent, and yeah, apartment complexes mostly plow and shovel for you. I've been here 14 years and never really had to do much shoveling.
